But at the tender age of seven, God told me, “Victor you will be able again to speak, sing and preach”. Became born again on 14th April 1985, God supernaturally healed and commissioned me to talk,sing and preach His Goodness to the whole world. Pastor Victor Churchill is the President of Steps Of Destiny International (Steps Africa) a mobile ministry comprising of Music Ministry, Outreach ministry, Leadership development ministry With Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria All I do is centered on these specifics, always careful to go only to the people God will send me to.
